Our headquarters and service center are at 4800 Dellwood Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32205. We ship products across the USA.
What areas do you serve?
We install, maintain and repair systems throughout the southeastern United States, with radio coverage from Virginia to the Florida Keys. We ship rental radios and products nationwide.
Do you offer free consultations and quotes?
Yes. We visit your site, talk about your needs and give you a custom quote at no cost.

Security cameras
Can you work on my existing camera system?
Yes. We service and expand existing systems, even if we did not install them. We can also upgrade older analog cameras to HD using the coax cable you already have.
What type of camera system should I get?
It depends on your building, your goals and your budget. During a free consultation we review your site and recommend the right HD-over-coax or IP system, then give you a custom quote.
Can I watch my cameras from my phone?
Yes. The systems we install can be viewed live and played back from a mobile app on your phone or tablet.
Do you install access control?
Yes. We install and service door access control systems, and they can work together with your cameras.
Two-way radios and rentals
Will my radios work on your network?
Our digital network uses NXDN technology. Call us with your radio model and we will tell you what coverage you can get, or help you upgrade to digital, with financing available.
How much does it cost to join your radio network?
We offer affordable monthly plans with unlimited talk. Call us for current pricing for your fleet.
Do you repair radios from other brands?
Yes. We repair and program Motorola, Kenwood, Hytera, Icom, Vertex and most other brands.
Do you offer a trade-in program?
Yes. Contact us for details about trading in your current radios.
How many radios can I rent?
You can rent as few as 2 radios, or hundreds for large events and projects.
How long can I rent radios?
We offer daily, weekend, weekly, monthly and long-term rentals.
How do I receive rental radios?
We deliver locally and pick them up when you are done, or ship them anywhere in the USA. Radios arrive fully charged and ready to use.
Public safety BDA and fleet tracking
Does my building need a BDA system?
Many buildings must provide radio coverage for police and firefighters inside the building. Local fire codes, including those in the City of Jacksonville, set these requirements. We test your building, design the system, install it and perform the required annual testing.
Do you test and maintain existing BDA systems?
Yes. We do the annual testing, inspections and repairs for public safety BDA systems, including systems we did not install.
How often does GPS fleet tracking update?
Vehicle locations update every 1 to 2 minutes, so you always know where your fleet is.
Where do I log in to see my vehicles?
Use the GPS Login link at the top of our website.

How will I receive my products?
You can pick up your order at our Jacksonville location or choose from several shipping options. Contact us to choose the best option.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash. Businesses can also open an account with a personalized payment plan.
What is your return policy?
